ZPG Series Disc Vacuum Filters

    6m²-120m² ZPG series disc vacuum filters developed by our company in undertaking the national "Ninth-Five Year" key research project based on the successful experience in replacing the drum vacuum filter with the disc vacuum filter in developed countries, have been successfully applied in over 40 metal mines of small, medium or large size in China, with the main technical performances and economic indexes in filtering iron concentrate, copper concentrate, sulfur concentrate and titanium concentrate reaching the level of foreigh product of the same kind. As a result, the product was awarded the prize of "Ninth-Five Year" State Key Research Project Excellent Achievement jointy by the related state sectors.

    Compared with the drum vacuum filter, the product has the following advantages: First, 1-3% decrease in the filter cake moisture. Second, 30-50% increase of the filtering coefficient,.Third, 50% decrease in the required floor area. Fourth, 30% reduction of the energy consumption and the last, advanced technique adopted such as automatic concentrated lubrication and simulation screen display.
